As soon as we ship any order, our system automatically generates an email to the address you provided when you ordered. This email contains a clickable link to the U.S.P.S. website that will show you the progress and location of your order.

You can also track your order on our site Order Tracking page. If you placed the order, you'll need to enter your last name and zip code where requested on that page. In nearly all cases, that will give you an order status and a clickable link that will allow you to track your package on the U.S.P.S. website.

Problems with my order...

Item missing from my order

We apologize for the inconvenience. If an item was not in stock, we shipped the order without it. In this case, we posted a note on your packing slip and have already issued a refund for the missing item. If there is no such note, please go to the Contact Us page. Call or email us. We'll send the missing item right away.

Item(s) are defective

If you receive an item with a manufacturing or shipping defect, please go to the Contact Us page. Call or email us with your order number and the sku number of the defective item. We'll send a replacement and a return-shipping envelope right away.

Wrong item(s)

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive an item that is not the size or color that you ordered please go to the Contact Us page. Call or email us with the order number and the sku number(s) of the item(s) you ordered. We will send a replacement and a return, post-paid shipping envelope right away.

Item(s) not as expected

If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund. Please go to the Returns/Exchange page for our complete return policy and instructions for returning the item(s).
